Accustomed to finding the most efficient and cost-effective solution to problems Rod has taken a leading role in restructuring R&W Willoughby into a fully integrated service oriented business. His primary role is in developing new business opportunities in sales and property management and managing the relationship with customers and clients.
His sound knowledge of the building industry and the costs associated with construction allow him to give sound advice backed by real life experience. His aim in every transaction is to make it as simple and stress-free as possible for all parties, delivering the best results through strategic and targeted marketing and streamlined service delivery.

The Real Stuff
Rod plays volleyball once a week with the same bunch of mates he’s been playing with since Sydney Uni days, alongside his work colleagues Rob and Joseph. He’s the kind of guy who can’t help himself offering to sort out other people’s problems.
