Over the course of her working life, Carolyn has seldom strayed far from real estate. Even when she branched into property styling for a period it was specifically geared towards preparing homes for sale, applying her property knowledge to present the home in the best light to attract the right buyer at the right price. Her motto is that people don’t so much buy the house, they buy the lifestyle that they believe the house is offering them.

The Real Stuff: Carolyn is an avid bushwalker and camper who loves the outdoors, usually visiting Queenstown once a year to ski. She also rows with North Shore Rowing Club. She’s the practical one in her family, the one who knows how to wield a hammer and a spanner.
